How WorkdayNegotiations collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you visit our site, request a consultation, download a white paper, or subscribe to The Workday Negotiation Brief.

WorkdayNegotiations ("we," "us," "our") provides independent Workday contract negotiation advisory services across 14 Workday modules. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through workdaynegotiations.com (the "Site"), how we use it, the choices you have, and how we protect it. By using the Site, requesting a consultation, downloading a white paper, or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the practices described here.

When you visit the Site we automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and timestamps. We use this to operate the Site, measure performance, and improve content.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with Workday, Inc. or any software vendor.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your personal information are: (a) consent for newsletter subscriptions and optional analytics; (b) legitimate interests in operating our business, securing the Site, and responding to inquiries; (c) performance of a contract when we are delivering an engagement to you; and (d) legal obligation where required by applicable law.

We disclose personal information only in limited circumstances:

We never sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not provide any client identity, engagement detail, or negotiation tactic to Workday, Inc.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact inquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. White paper download records are retained for up to 36 months for content performance measurement. Engagement records and work product are retained per the terms of the relevant engagement letter and applicable professional record-keeping requirements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. 8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Engagement work product — including any Workday contract, order form, or pricing detail shared with us — is treated as confidential and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we encourage clients to share sensitive contract materials through the secure channels we provide.

9. International Transfers

WorkdayNegotiations operates from New York, London, and Stockholm and serves clients globally. Personal information may be processed in any of these jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to safeguard cross-border transfers.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
